Can kids be dropped off? Plan to stay
No formal Plano Library policy — staff generally prefer a parent stay with younger kids, or remain in the library.
Repetitive rhymes, songs and movement help introduce the sounds and rhythms of language, develop motor skills and give children a head start on learning.
